Jyotish: Vedic Astrology Training 2026

Learn the Art & Science of Vedic Astrology.

Jyotish is known as the “Eyes of the Veda’ as it allows us to see clearly. It is the limb of Yogic knowledge that sheds light on the journey of the soul as it moves through space and time. Studying Jyotish helps us to move through life with more ease, less friction, closer alignment to Nature and an experience of harmony - as well as the capacity to guide others to experience the same. The origin of Jyotish stems from the yog-vedantic tradition dated anywhere from 4000-12000 years go.

Jyotish Training is supportive for those who wish to be able to offer Vedic Astrology readings profesionally, as well their own personal implementation of the teachings. Those who participate and complete this training will be fully equipped with the powerful spiritual tool that is Jyotish: The Science of Light.


Course Outline:

Jyotish Training will take place over 6 Months of Theory Study & Kriya + 3 Months of Practical study: mentoring and group practice.

The course will also include participation in regular Kriya practices, to embody this knowledge on the cellular level throughout the entire 6 months.

NORTH INDIAN KUNDLI - BIRTH CHART

STUDY SESSION TIMINGS:

Study sessions will run weekly, alternating between Thursday evenings & Saturday mornings. +1 fortnightly Kriya class.

Thursdays at 5-6:30pm + Saturdays at 9-10:30am.

*Slight alterations will be made for certain lessons.

MENTORING BLOCK: 90mins/ fortnight + 3 x 1:1 indivudual mentorying sessions.

  • Grahas (planets), Rashis (signs), Bhavas (houses)

  • Nakshatras; lunar constellations

  • The Dasha System - personal timeline

  • Key Transits & Returns

  • Yogas & Conjunctions

  • Complete Chart Reading Sequences - Kundli Analysis

  • Prasna (specific questions) & General Prediction

  • Mahurta - working with auspicious timing for events, launches, decisions etc.

  • Upayas - Remedies for the chart including Jyotish mantras, vedic rituals, ayurvedic protocol, ratnas (gemstones), yantras and much more.

Outcomes:

By completion of this training you will be Qualified to confidently share Jyotish readings with the public;

  • read charts & answer personal questions

  • support with timing & predications

  • provide thorough Upayas (remedial measures) for the charts on a wide spectrum of the vedic lens & teachings. *As it is said, “if Jyotish is shared without remedies, it is not Jyotish!”

How does this training differ from others?

This training is a dynamic and integrated course. It includes not only the methodology and intellecutal teachings, but includes the energetic practices to embody this sacred science on the deepest level. This training encompases all the limbs of the Yoga-Vedantic tradition, of which Jyotish is a fundamental part. We observe Hatha & Pranayama, Ayurveda, Vastu (Vedic architecture) Mantra, Rituals etc as a part of this trianing.

It also includes a 3 month mentorship + individual sessions, designed to gracefully transition you from your studies into being able to offer & share Jyotish confidently.

  • PRE-REQUISITES: Minimum of 1 year steady meditation/yoga practice.

*You don’t need to already be ‘working’ in the field of Yoga or Ayurveda to participate.

Course Dates & Calendar

Jyotish Study & Kriya: March 5th - August 29, 2026

Alternating fortnightly Thursday 5:00pm & Saturday 9 am. Kriya classes will be every other week on Saturday at 7am.

Jyotish Mentoring & Practical Study: Sept 4th - Nov 28th - Fortnightly

Mentoring Classes will be Thursday evenings at 5:00pm
