Conscious Conception Consultation:
The journey to Motherhood begins long before we conceive, preparing the soil for atleast 3 months - 1 year before we plant the seed. Increasing fertility, ability to support a healthy pregnancy and the life of the offspring can all be prepared in the conception journey.
Includes:
jyotish overview- determining time and climate for conception
lifestyle, dietary and conception reccomendations
practices & mantra to enhance conception & progeny
Additional sessions for continuing support along your journey can be arranged individually after establishing your conception program.

Follow Up Consults: 60 mins - $108

Includes initial consult, pre-conception plan, monthly herbal support and monthly 1:1 integrative session including practices, herbs, vedic counselling to support and progress your journey.

Ongoing Pregnancy Support
In my own experience, the need to be held in a holistic sense during pregnancy is so vital to the journey; to hold the Mother and whatever needs to move through her to prepare her vessel for the initiation of birth.
Pregnancy support sessions include an integrated approach utilising vedic counselling and kinesiology to move through psycho-emotional experiences that come up, ayurvedic consultation and herbal support for your journey as needed on an indivudual basis and on-call contact throughout your pregnancy.
Scheduled in 3 month blocks; includes monthly 75 minute session, month by month herbal supports, and on-call support.
$444/ 3 month block. *valued at $600.
